Pamela was a Social Worker for nine years and specialized in adolescents and family dynamics. She successfully made the switch from Social Work to the world of Business Development in 2002.

While in graduate school she developed a passion for Human Resource theories, practices and solutions toward a work life balance. Pamela serves on the Board of Directors for the Human Resource Association of Central Connecticut (HRACC), where she was Vice President from 2009 - 2011. She is a Co-Founder of the New England Benefits Alliance (NEBA), a member of the the Windsor Locks Youth Service Bureau Board of Directors and serves on the membership committee for the CT Society Association of Executives (CSAE). Pamela also serves as a contributor for the Hartford Women's Journal.
