Welcome to the callingtherealYOU blog.  This community was established with the primary goal of inspiring you to be a better person than you were the day before.  Articles and stories here are for the purpose of getting you to think about your relationship with YOU.   They are to help you see how your frame of reference has a direct impact on all of your relationships.  More importantly, the callingtherealYOU blog aspires to help you to make conscious, mindful decisions about the type of person you want to be.  The idea is to provide insight on how to center and connect you with YOU.

Pamela was a Social Worker for nine years and specialized in adolescents and family dynamics.  She successfully made the switch from Social Work to the world of Business Development in 2002.


High integrity and passion drive Pamela to create new voluntary benefit business relationships while maintaining strong partnership marketing and field integration techniques.  While in graduate school she developed a passion for Human Resource theories, practices and solutions toward a work life balance.  Certified as a Professional and Personal Development Life Coach she is determined to help people obtain a work life balance environment without sacrificing their values.


Pamela is an innovative marketing and communications professional with a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in strategically identifying opportunity, managing creative processes, and reducing marketing costs.
She assists Employers by offering affinity programming options, such as, the Bearingstar Advantage Program and Benefits Beyond Insurance. Pamela enjoys and is very grateful that she has the opportunity to work with and consult for Human Resource Director's, Generalist's, Benefit Manager's, CEO's and business owners, during their strategic planning.
Pamela serves on the Board of Directors for the Human Resource Association of Central Connecticut (HRACC), where she was Vice President from 2009 - 2011.  She is a Co-Founder of the New England Benefits Alliance (NEBA), a member of the the Windsor Locks Youth Service Bureau Board of Directors and serves on the membership committee for the CT Society Association of Executives (CSAE).   Pamela also serves as a contributor for the Hartford Women's Journal.
